Tens of thousands of Maine people are facing skyrocketing health care costs because of Donald Trump and Susan Collins. Maine people deserve affordable health care — not just the promise of a vote that won’t go anywhere. Fight back.

I think ppl in the academic space are talking past, not to practitioners if this is the argument. “90% of voters/races are locked in from the start” is not news to 2nd camp, and not going to make them care less about winning an extra 2pp from the other 10% in 50-50 geographies.
