This was an amazing read. He has definitely got some game! I couldn't stop reading his CONCURRENCE / DISSENT. To me, it appears that the SC NEVER properly decided the issue if illegal aliens were ever afforded constitutional protections. It has been danced around for years. I hope someone smart takes note of his writing. The Birthright case, or that someone is as smart as he is on the administration side. "An appeal to law does not work when an alien’s presence itself violates the law." "As it stands, the majority’s reasoning runs contrary to the text, history, and tradition that the Supreme Court has instructed us to consider."
🇺🇸 Mike Davis 🇺🇸@mrddmia

Excellent opinion by U.S. Circuit Judge Amul Thapar, one of my favorites. We The People are the sovereign citizens. Illegal aliens do not have equal constitutional rights. We never gave it to them. We have the sovereign power. Judges cannot steal it. courthousenews.com/wp-content/upl…

Female octopuses are actively throwing objects at males that won’t leave them alone. This unusual behavior has been observed in the wild, where females use shells, silt, and debris to push away persistent males. Researchers studying these interactions suggest it may be a defensive response to unwanted mating attempts, showing surprising control, awareness, and intentional behavior in these intelligent marine animals. Maple syrup workers dropped a dime on some "British men" who were wandering around a remote part of Maine in search of their getaway driver after they illegally snuck into the U.S. Makes you wonder how many times this happens and no one ever gets caught.

@laurel_libby @MaineHouseDems The $300 check likely needs to be reported as Income, both Federal and State I would guess. All the people who are already on the dole will likely pay nothing.

@AmplifyNH We did not want Temporary residents voting in our elections. We do not want Foreigners voting either, or buying guns. Only a moron (or a Cheater) would accept a Student ID for anything more than buying meals in the school cafeteria.

@SenDavidWatters "Grid-Tie Inverters" have been available for many years. They feed into your power grid, and stop sending any power when there is no AC present. They cannot, by design, deliver power during outages, as there is no source for them to sync to the AC sine wave.

The Firearms Policy Coalition released their freedom index. New Hampshire is tied with Kansas for the top spot. This is an embarrassment. NH is undoubtedly the best state for 2A rights. The one thing that we have against us is that we strip law abiding college students of their right to bear arms. The NH House has passed HB1793 to protect this natural right. @NHSenateGOP will now decide the fate of this bill.

Trump is a military moron.  His war, with a price tag of $44 billion and $4+ gas, made us worse off today than we were when he started it. And if he restarts this war we will be in even worse shape. We must pass our War Powers Resolution to end this war for good.

I spoke today with Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, as well as with U.S. President Donald Trump. I told both of them that their decision to accept a ceasefire was the best possible one. I expressed my hope that the ceasefire will be fully respected by each of the belligerents, across all areas of confrontation, including in Lebanon. This is a necessary condition for the ceasefire to be credible and lasting. It must open the way to comprehensive negotiations capable of ensuring security for all in the Middle East. Any agreement will have to address the concerns raised by Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile programs, as well as its regional policy and its actions obstructing navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. This is how a strong and lasting peace can be built, with the support of all those who are able to contribute to it. France will play its full part, in close coordination with its partners in the Middle East. This is also what I discussed today in my exchanges with the leaders of Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, and Iraq.
