I have not proof for this, but to me it looks like, from all the reports they collect, these are the worst quality ones, or even those they already know to have non-exotic explanations.

I don't actually think this is true. I don't think Messrs Polanski, Tice or Rayner are "corrupt", and I think most politicians pay all their tax.
I just wish that, when they are caught making a mistake, they'd deal with it honestly.
