@EE Customer for 25yrs. Formal Complaint Ref: 27837068 re: faulty iPhone 16. Exec complaints are deleting my emails unread. (I have proof). Denied my rights under Consumer Rights Act. I needs manager now before I escalate to @Ofcom & Ombudsman. Resolve this please.

@Ofcom how are @02 allowed to now increase bills by £2.50 a year. That’s 40% increase on my current 2 contracts I have with them. How is that allowed and why are you letting them just do that

@Ofcom seriously need to look into @youfibre Since 2024 I have had None stop service issues I have complained and contacted Repeatedly and the issues are still ongoing and now feels they are holding me in a Fixed term even after given multiple opportunities to fix my issues

@Ofcom Question regarding broadband fixed price rises. Took TalkTalk fixed price plus in 2023 and quoted only CPI increases when out of contract. Contact ended 2025 and now they say the 4% increase rule applies to me.

Used to work for @EE but my god, they are so bad now. Raised a complaint, and they tried to throw £30 compensation at me because “they couldn’t find the call to listen to”- no surprise. @Ofcom please can you support with this?
