@ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank , kindly revert asap. Total charges of 1728 deducted in my card. @CRED_support I have paid for my card using cred but ICICI said the amount credited to some other card of someone. Where did the mistake happen? In credit app card details are crct and due amount is crct.

Hi @ICICIBank , I have done my credit card bill payment on 21st Dec 2025 using @CRED_club still payment not updated and getting SMS for over due. Payment is success from @CRED_club and they are asking to check with @ICICIBank . Called customer support many times and no use.

मै कल @YESBANK #credit_card कार्ड नं. 1554 का बिल भुगतान @CRED_club से किया,जिसका अमाउंट 32780₹ था लेकिन मेरे @bankofbaroda अकाउंट से 34279₹ कटा। 1500₹ ज्यादा क्यों कटा। तीनों सहायक टीमो से बात कर के कोई निष्कर्ष नहीं मिला। @RBI कृपया मामले को संज्ञान मे लेकर उचित कार्रवाई।

Hi, my boyfriend paid his credit card bill via @CRED_club, but the payment was never forwarded to the bank. He paid 1 day late, and charges apply only after 4 days — yet he’s being asked to pay ₹6k–7k extra because of Cred’s delay. His ₹7,000 bill is now ₹13,000. This is unfair. Requesting support from @RBI @RBIsays to look into this.
