40KM at 40 started as a personal challenge but turned into a powerful team story. I honestly thought I’d do this alone but my people @Hoimacitrunclub refused.The sun burned us, the escarpment tested us, but we finished it together.This meant more than just miles.🙏🙏.

Addicted to a woman that is breaking your soul - you know she's bad for you but you can't let her go. Becasue she is beautiful she constantly has options and she rubs it in our face. I went back to Kyambogo to measure more than distance. I wanted to see my growth. 2024 -First time past 10km, I struggled through 26km in 4:01. 2026 -same roads in Kampala, 25km in 3:16… stronger, calmer, in control. I didn’t just come back,I came back better. 🔥 #KyambogoUltra
