I hosted visitors from the United Kingdom and India who are exploring a tripartite arrangement linking Asia, Europe and Africa through Uganda. The correct line is that prosperity comes from linking producers to consumers. Africa, because of its strategic position and growth potential, is the place of the future. On our part, we are putting in place the fundamentals of security, market, labour and raw materials. If this is understood by serious planners, global affluence is achievable with Africa as a big business centre. I am very encouraged by this prospect.
