Caught a view botting streamer red-handed today. I've had a weird gut feeling about their supposed success for a while now, and today I was definitely proven right. However, even after a report, @Twitch deemed it a non-violation. Watch this and tell me, am I the crazy one here? @Twitch @TwitchSupport Your report system is flawed. I want an option where I can send the full-screen recording as evidence, and actually have a human review it, not some AI bot. This is a partnered streamer doing this, and I'm starting to be quite convinced that they did not earn that badge honestly.

Delaying federal law enforcement in pretty much anyway is a felony, you can get asked to identify yourself for delaying them. Among other things. That’s legal under current law. You don’t have a right to violently protest in the police’s face. That’s a riot. You can peacefully assemble. Which includes following lawful orders. Also, a cop can still arrest you for refusing to produce I.D. or whatever he wants. You legally still have to submit and fight it in court. That’s why we have a judge and jury. Bc cops aren’t some solo operation. They maintain frontline order. If you assault a cop, you can’t claim “well I was following the law he was wrong.” That’s done in court. Doing it in the street can cause the officer to feel endangered which legally clears force. Hundreds of people get paid in court for wrongful action. That’s where you handle dispute. If you’re wrongfully asked for I.D. As a citizen you can go get paid. Big deal? What happens? No one is vanishing.

Law enforcement uses ‘reasonable suspicion’ to make arrests, as protected under the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The Supreme Court has already ruled that such actions are in line with the Constitution.

As much as I wanted a 10, my Ancient Mew getting a 9 is a perfect example of why I'm 100% in favor of @TAGgrading becoming the standard in card grading. Here's why: I was very hopeful that this card would get a 10 (if not a pristine score) after I sent it in shortly after cracking the promo seal. It looked pretty perfect. If this had come back a PSA 9, I would've honestly been really frustrated and would've cracked it and re-submitted. Since TAG has an incredibly transparent "DIG Report" though, I can actually see why it got a 9. There is a very faint "ink defect" that is really hard to see with the naked eye. The DIG Report shows exactly where it is on the card, so now I can go back to the video I took of the raw card before sending it, and sure enough if you look hard enough you can actually see the print lines when the light hits it right. I don't know about you, but I'm all for this kind of transparency and accuracy when it comes to getting cards graded. Not to mention the slabs look dang clean. Thanks, TAG 👏

Hey @FedEx, can you explain how two massive packages containing FULLY ASSEMBLED DINING ROOM CHAIRS completely vanished despite saying they were delivered to my front door, at a time when I was home and know for a fact that no delivery was made? And how even after my partner and I searched our entire neighborhood, they were nowhere to be found? And how after I opened a support ticket, your customer service just said “looks like they were delivered, sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️” and refused to help me any further? The packages are four feet tall by two feet wide, it’s not like they were just thrown in a bush or easily stolen. The company is shipping me a new set, but they’re a small business who makes the chairs custom and they’re now out money because of your mistake. I have ring camera footage that shows that no delivery whatsoever was made or attempted at the time you say they were delivered. I’ve requested that the company send the second delivery with any carrier other than FedEx because this is unacceptable.

Yesterday we shared a clip showing a small WoW Twitch streamer, 'Dimz_Live', abusing his dog after forgetting to turn off his stream. Over the past 24 hours my phone has been inundated with messages and notifications and I thought you all deserved an update. Because of you all, the streamer in question has been banned on Twitch and the clip continues to spread with even @Asmongold covering it. Unfortunately, Dimz continues to stream on Kick where he has tried to excuse his behavior. From what I understand, local authorities have been notified in the hope that this dog can find a forever home with an actual caring owner.
