I had dinner once with a top physicist and a top computer scientist and asked what they thought the probability was that we were in a simulation. They answered simultaneously at 0% and 100% respectively. It was like a double-slit experiment, but with humans.

@elonmusk @DannyLimanseta Simulation Theory present a problem equal to not knowing if you are in one. Who simulates the simulated? Who created the Simulators? All the way down back to base reality with zero explanation. God runs the Simulation. Not Humans.

@elonmusk @DannyLimanseta The modern perspective of a simulation is not something that existed many centuries ago, so similarly the world in a few centuries would likely have vastly different ideas about simulations, therefore most likely we don't have the right priors to conceive reality.

🚨 JUST IN: Arda Güler marking Erling Haaland in corners was NOT a mistake, it was a plan perfectly studied and analyzed. Arbeloa & his coaching staff noticed that Haaland isn’t great at scoring headers from corners or set-pieces, and that Guardiola uses him to do the ‘dirty work’ and act as a screen for other players to score. Arbeloa did not want to waste the taller players on Haaland and chose to let them mark Rodri, Guéhi, Semenyo, Rúben Dias, etc. @marca

Guardiola did not agree with the idea that he had made many changes tonight. He pointed out how often NOR has played left-back, said only change was Khusanov at RB to control Vinicius. Said wingers had played well at Newcastle. All true, though I think he may have put too much stock in the Newcastle performance and he’s gone with a team that’s vastly different to the last few months and, above all, one that’s far more open than teams he tends to pick in these big matches. They also didn’t have two strikers as well as two wingers in Newcastle. At the same time, defensive errors played a big part tonight as well. Basically, a horror
