@RevColeman Congolese Tutsis as tax paying American citizens have every right and reason to use their rights to demonstrate against a Genocide perpetrated against their communities in DRC. Mujye mugabanya kuvuga ubusa.

PROOF THAT THE BANYAMULENGE PROTESTS WAS STAGED: If these protests were not staged, there would have been other Americans & ethic groups joining them, but when you look at the so-called 4,000 protestors, they were all Tutsis and Banyamulenge from the Congolese diaspora, with no visible broader U.S. support or diverse allies despite of the so called years of residency, education, and worship in America. This ethnic homogeneity, combined with the highly coordinated timing across cities and the narrow narrative push, strongly suggests Kagame’s orchestration. @Nadia_MUGUNGA1

Good luck convincing this young, unarmed boy, ganged up on by Tshisekedi’s armed goons, that Rwanda is the aggressor. They attack in uniform to expose their impunity and emphasize their message of fear. No amount of blame-shifting can excuse such animosity. @AsstSecStateAF @US_SrAdvisorAF @StateDept

That claim doesn’t really hold up when you look beyond online rhetoric. First, saying President #PaulKagame has made Rwanda the most hated country in Africa is more of a talking point than a measurable reality. Across the continent, Rwanda is often cited for its progress in governance, security, digital innovation, and public service delivery. Many African leaders and institutions engage with Rwanda as a partner, not an outcast. Second, there’s a difference between criticism in certain political or activist circles and broad-based hatred. Every country with a strong regional role attracts criticism especially when it’s assertive but that doesn’t translate into continental rejection. As for we will face consequences in 10 years, that’s speculation, not analysis. Long-term outcomes depend on policy choices, regional dynamics, and economic resilience not predictions driven by emotion or narratives circulating online. If anything, a more grounded take is this: Rwanda’s trajectory will be shaped by how it continues to balance security, economic growth, and regional cooperation. That’s where the real conversation should be not exaggerated labels.

@RepJoeWilson Those two need to be held accountable for their crimes. In March alone, drone strikes killed over 500 cattle in a deliberate effort to undermine local livelihood & income sources. And it only gets worse.

Drone attacks on civilians by the Congolese army FARDC and its coalition of the #FDLR, #Wazalendo militias, the Burundian army, and foreign mercenaries have effectively become part of their modus operandi. Between January and March 2026, the Congolese army carried out repeated bombings targeting civilians in Minembwe, destroying vital social infrastructure such as schools, churches, and radio stations. In March alone, drone strikes killed more than 500 cows in a deliberate attempt to destroy local livelihoods and sources of income, adding to the looting of over 700,000 cattle between 2018 and 2023. These are not isolated incidents they reflect a systematic campaign against civilians. Tshisekedi must be held accountable.

You’re forcing a contradiction that doesn’t exist. Yes, Rwanda went to Mozambique in solidarity first, that’s why troops deployed rapidly when Cabo Delgado was collapsing. That’s the context of the April 2 headline. But solidarity doesn’t mean indefinite free service. Once the situation stabilizes, any serious state formalizes logistics, sustainability, and yes; cost-sharing or external support. That’s what the April 16 piece is about. Even your own screenshots show a timeline, not hypocrisy: Early phase → urgency, solidarity, security response Later phase → structure, funding, long-term sustainability That’s how real operations evolve. And tying it to EU funding isn’t “swindling”, it’s standard practice in international security. Others benefit from the stability on the ground, so they contribute. Simple. Trying to spin that into “militia threats” just exposes a lack of understanding of how state deployments work.
Alfred Antoine UZABAKILIHO@AAwithJGS

Solidarity with billing attached. Swindling at its finest. #Rwanda -n troops deployment in #Mozambique was framed as humanitarian until April 2, and all of a sudden, 14 days later, it turned into demand for compensation, with @PaulKagame threatening to withdraw his militia..🤣😂

RWANDA Britain's richest man, Sir Jim Ratcliffe ($18.4B net worth), Manchester United shareholder (27.7% stake) & INEOS founder, visited Rwanda from April 7-11, 2026 — during the 32nd Genocide commemoration mourning period. He toured Akagera National Park and Volcanoes National Park (mountain gorillas 🦍). Reports say he expressed respect for Rwanda’s resilience and was impressed by its development. #VisitRwanda #FactsOnRwanda

From the heart of Kigali to the world stage @visitrwanda_now isn’t just a campaign, it’s a global movement. Even the kings of the forest are dancing to Intore rhythms, repping Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain, Atlético Madrid, and Bayern Munich, because Rwanda’s story travels far beyond its borders. From gorillas to global giants… that’s how we flex. #VisitRwanda | #RwandaWorks
