The shooting in Madison is an absolute tragedy, and my heart is heavy for the young man’s family, loved ones, and the entire Madison community. Wisconsinites, rightfully so, are demanding answers about why this happened and how we can prevent it from happening again – and I am right there with them.
We need an investigation that brings us transparency, accountability, and justice. As folks speak up and exercise their First Amendment right, please do it the Wisconsin way, peacefully and with respect for your neighbors.
