My final paper from my PhD with @ErikMusiek is now on biorxiv! We asked if microglia and astrocytes have the ability to change which genes are expressed in rhythmic manner during Alzheimer's pathology and during normal aging. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

ROS in vitro. We also show some evidence that this circadian reprogramming could be happening in humans with Alzheimer's disease. We built a website so that anyone can query the data. We hope that it helps inform future experiments in the field!

Super happy to see my last paper from the Musiek Lab @ErikMusiek in its final form. We previously described the paper when we added it on biorxiv (also posted below). Essentially, we profiled the circadian translatome of astrocytes and microglia in vivo in healthy, aged, and mice
