@StarbucksUK horrendous service at your Burford branch this morning 10.05am. Short woman with red hair called Anjalica or similar. Her attitude was horrendous- she missed items off order and looked at me like a was a piece of s**t ! She needs some customer service training!

@Joulesclothing I ordered a top online on Dec 1st, chased the order up with email on 8th Dec. Not received the order or had a reply! Considering you pride yourselves on being a favourite brand your customer service is SHOCKING! I would appreciate a reply and refund!
