In Google ads you’re looking at the ‘targeted location’ So if your location setting is set to show to people ‘interested in’ your target location it will show from other countries You can check in Google ads if you go to report editor Add clicks by user location (matched location) and you should see where the actual clicks came from

Something is very WRONG with our Google Ads geo reporting! In our latest campaign, we targeted only Canada + USA. Google Ads shows: 🇺🇸US: 29 clicks 🇨🇦Canada: 1,171 clicks. We use a custom tracking link via @dubdotco. Dub also shows 29 US clicks, which matches Google exactly. But instead of 1,171 clicks from Canada, Dub shows: 🇮🇳India: 899 🇵🇰Pakistan: 73 🌎plus traffic from several other countries. That adds up to roughly the same number Google is attributing to Canada. So why is traffic from outside our target countries being reported as Canadian clicks???

My favorite new activity: analyzing @TallyForms submissions (like our support tickets) with Claude via our MCP. The inline charts are a game changer 😍

Last month we welcomed 100,000 new @TallyForms users 🤯 And once again, AI became our #1 acquisition channel, driving 35% of new signups. One thing that stood out: new users discovering Tally via @claudeai. In our onboarding survey, mentions of Claude as the discovery source grew 6x in just 7 weeks. Gemini is starting to rise too, but Claude is clearly driving the biggest jump right now.

I get asked constantly: "How do you ship landing pages in 48 hours that convert at 7-8%?" It's not one trick, it's a system. Brief → Copy → Design → Proof → Audit → Iterate Each step has a framework. Each framework has been refined across 200+ SaaS pages. Here's the full pipeline ↓

I'm getting 1.4 ROAS on protecting brand keywords on google ads Shouldn't that be much higher given how high intent the traffic is?

@PayPerMitch But the bids are so high on exact. Soon have to cave on this platform. The only thing I can get to work is exact + desktop but the bids are getting out of hand 😩

Google are interested in filling all their inventory and their updates are often geared towards removing barriers that get advertisers in these placements Don’t have a YT? They auto generate you AI video Don’t fill out all your RSA assets? They’ll generate them for you? Restricted by match type? Auto expand to broad match and opt into AI Max What usually works I removing all of the junk queries and placements where intent is the lowest which often means exact match + desktop
Chris C | SEO and Google Ads Freelancer@VisionaryMrktg

people go broke chasing whatever Google releases in their latest update. every cycle is the same. one year it's exact match keywords, then smart bidding, then Performance Max, now it's AI-generated assets. who knows what Google will push advertisers toward in 2027? everybody thinks they're ahead of the curve, everybody thinks they're optimizing perfectly, and then they end up with tanked ROAS wondering what happened. meanwhile some boring supplement brand is doing £500k/month just running tight negative keyword lists, proper conversion tracking, and scaling what works. nothing flashy. just solving attribution and preventing waste. the industry puts you in an echo chamber. makes you think you need the newest automation feature. you don't. pick a campaign structure that actually works, commit to it, and just get ridiculously good at eliminating waste and feeding the algorithm clean data. review search terms weekly, let proven keywords do their thing, and scale budgets slow and steady. i'm the type where if i find a campaign hitting 5x ROAS i double down until it plateaus. most advertisers can't do that because they get bored. boring systems last longer than shiny features.
