The Texas Tech football program has removed all weights under 40 pounds from their weight room 🤔 💪 “If you want to do something less, you’re still gonna do 40s. That’s how it is.” (via Adam Breneman)

Texas Tech Softball spent $1+ million on a pitcher… tampered with rosters…brought in four All-American transfers… all to lose 9-0 to Arizona in 5 innings at home.

Texas Tech took every weight under 40 lbs out of their weight room. Love this!! No shortcuts. @NextUpBreneman x @USAT

He pulled up to a drive-thru late at night and noticed the employee at the window wasn’t wearing a name tag. When he politely asked for his name, the employee refused. Frustrated, he asked to speak to the general manager, who also wasn’t wearing a tag. He explained that staff should identify themselves and said he planned to report it to corporate. The manager shrugged and replied, “Go ahead, I don’t care,” then slid the window shut. Professionalism goes both ways. Businesses often require name tags for accountability, but employees may also fear harassment or complaints escalating unnecessarily. The bigger issue might not be the missing tag. It’s the dismissive attitude that turned a simple interaction into a conflict. Are customers entitled to know the name of the person serving them, or should employees have the right to withhold that information for privacy and safety?

@hcolombi_3 Whooping your ass tomorrow will make this even funnier
