You can live in Paris on $2-3k/month, good luck living in NYC or SF on that.
You can get to $2k/month “easily” through indie hacking.
Oh, and health insurance won’t bankrupt you.

Americans aim for the billion dollar VC funded unicorn stuff. Europeans don't aim that big because it's not in our culture. Euros are happy with enough cash to lead a happy life. No need for billions

@nduplessis @prieurdp Ivory is TweetBot for Mastodon. So my experience hasn’t changed at all. The servers etc concept is silly and should be better. Tons of content and I have wrangle it infinitely less than on Twitter.

The Twitter "For you" feed has become mostly useless. It's like 75% clickbait posts with 100's of clickbait accounts posting clickbait replies. The remaining 25% I can get from the "Following" tab either way.
