If we don't get a strong agreement with #IRAN by Monday morning, than next week we'll lay waste to more bridges and energy infrastructure. Most likely with a focus on in the south near the Strait of Hormuz. I also wouldnt be surprised if we take desalinization plants down too. Not the plant but the power to it. NOTE - Trump knows that the whole on again off again MOU's/peace talks talking points are losing their effectiveness. Which means each day that goes by he's beconing more likely to focus on executing extreme prejudice to force an end to this war. Helping its people overthrow it starting in the south is probably the best way.

Especially if it is your first marriage. Eventually, you’ll be exiting that marriage to extract equity. The fun will come after the hard work. Replace wanting to marry someone "fun" with wanting to marry someone that is boring and profitable with high upside potential and you will do very well.

My sleep is still a little out of whack from pulling an all-nighter with my mom the other night, but there’s something I’ve been thinking about today. I know the circumstances weren’t ideal. Nobody wants to spend 14 hours in a hospital. But I’m so grateful I got that time with her. The things she was saying on morphine had me laughing so hard. She’s absolutely hilarious. She has this charm about her that I’ve always admired, and it hit me that I see so much of myself in her. I’m really just a mix of both of my parents, and today that makes me feel incredibly grateful. I’m also thankful for my husband. He stepped up with the boys, gave me the space to be there for my mom, and even drove us over to her house afterward so we could all spend time together as a family. Sometimes the best memories are the ones you don’t realize you’re making while you’re living them. A hospital room isn’t where you’d expect to make one, but somehow we did. So if I seem a little sleepy this week while I get my schedule back on track, that’s okay. My cup is full today. Hug your people. Call your mom if you can. One ordinary day has a funny way of becoming a memory you’ll treasure forever. ❤️

@SPYderMomTrades I dont understand calling this investing acct. Its small wins followed by a big loss. Your rules design it that way. Other traders create rules that have lots of small losses with a big win. With time, the result is the same...the institutions on the other side win.

I’m going to make an exception today and share my investing account P&L. Not to brag. To show what rebuilding a small account actually looks like. Last Thursday this account was sitting around $30. Today I finished up almost 100%. The funny part? Most of these trades were for $1, $2, $3, $5… Laugh all you want. Those little green trades add up. I wasn’t trying to hit a home run. I was practicing discipline. Normally I stop trading at noon, but I’ve been dealing with what I think is food poisoning, so I slept most of the morning and traded the last hour instead. My goal wasn’t to make a fortune. It was to stack green trades and refuse to let a winner turn into a loser. Count them if you want. Every trade I closed today was green. The difference between this account and my SPYDERMOM $100 → $1,000 Challenge is that the challenge is a cash account, so I only get to use my buying power once a day. This investing account lets me recycle my capital, so today I focused on taking clean scalps over and over. That’s what rebuilding looks like. It isn’t sexy. It isn’t glamorous. It’s taking the base hits. Protecting your capital. Building confidence. Then doing it again tomorrow. Grit. Discipline. Consistency. That’s how small accounts grow. 📈💚

This past week humbled me. I blew up my personal account. I took a $100 challenge account that I had been building and gave back a big chunk of the progress. Not because I don’t know how to trade. Because I broke my own rules. After 6 years, that’s the hardest lesson I’ve learned. The market isn’t the hardest part. Fighting your own habits is. You can know exactly what you’re supposed to do and still fall back into old patterns when fear, hope, ego, or distraction take over. That’s why I post everything. The wins. The losses. The mistakes. The internet has called me poor, a loser, an addict, and laughed at me for starting over with $100. That’s okay. Starting over isn’t embarrassing. Pretending you’ve never had to start over is. I’m not trying to sell perfection. I’m trying to document what it actually looks like to become a consistently profitable trader. It’s messy. It’s frustrating. Sometimes it feels like two steps forward and one giant step back. But every blown account has taught me something. Every setback has exposed another habit I still need to break. If my transparency helps one trader avoid revenge trading, averaging into a loser, or abandoning their plan because of emotions, then every uncomfortable screenshot I’ve posted has been worth it. The market rewards consistency. I’m still earning mine. One trade. One rule. One habit at a time.

@DelCurrent My issue isn't teaching the technique. Its teaching the technique as a fundamental for kids AND acting like the slide technique is wrong. Obviously in a FCP, it makes sense. But that's not what he's teaching.

It’s amazing to see the amount of people jumping at the chance to torch this video… This goes back to the exhausting element of the internet where everyone is an expert only operating in absolutes. Obviously you shouldn’t guard like this every second of the game… But if you don’t turn and sprint with a downhill ballhandler, he’s going to get to the paint & get to the rim. It’s a necessary technique to have to be a great defender… just watch film of elite players and you’ll see this all over the place. Props to this guy for explaining this to players. I think a big aspect of this is your general perspective on basketball. “He’s gonna get SNATCHED”… okay…? You took away a layup and now he’s taking a dribble pull-up? And in the context of extended/full court pressure you absolutely shouldn’t be sliding your feet in recovery situations. Someone in the 80’s taught someone in the 2000’s to slide their feet & play harder, end of discussion. It’s easy to be that person in basketball. Meanwhile this guy is teaching players ways to improve and here comes all the experts to bash on it. It’s so much easier to nitpick the value & content someone else is generating on the Internet. Much harder to be “in the arena” and actually helping players.
