I started my day at 5:30am by flagging off the run for celebrating the career of our former commissioner in charge of planning in the @Educ_SportsUg ,Mr. Okudi who retired a few days ago. I thank the colleagues who ran 60km from Soroti to Kumi then back to Mukura in Ngora District . I personally ran 4km and I continue to encourage fellow countrymen and women to engage in these runs because they are important for your personal health.
