My insomnia paid off a couple nights ago, when I was up to see the lunar eclipse blood moon, conveniently visible directly over my home. Nature is truly amazing!

It's midterms week already. Less than fun. But this weekend is the start of Spring Break! Then, just two months of classes left. (Until summer session, but I'll worry about that later, after we celebrate the start of Spring!)

Can we please get back to respecting everyone as our fellow human beings, appreciating our differences, engaging in healthy debate and discussion on our differing views and beliefs, and agreeing to respectfully disagree, instead making every difference a reason to hate?

Conceptual, with a touch of performance. Even when it's bad or "bad," art is good. It stimulates thought and raises questions. Is it OK to treat people differently based on characteristics they didn't choose and can't change no matter how hard they try? How much verbal abuse is tolerable? What would be the best counterpoint for this particular example? Questions, questions... that is the point. Plus nobody said everyone had to be interested.

I very much relate to being exhausted trying to do it all. In this chapter of my life, I finally have the options and control to decide what I'm going to spend my time and energy on. But it's still difficult to break the old excess "productivity" go-go-go habits. You're inspiring!

After a life spent optimizing for speed, perfection, and volume, I am tired. In this next chapter, I've slowed down, am good with 80%, and love doing less. One of the concepts that has helped me the most is the idea of Just-In-Time Doing vs. Just-In-Case Doing. Instead of trying to cover every base and serving everyone: - I'm only doing what absolutely needs to be done right now, right here - I'm not worried about whether I could do a bit more - I'm not thinking about what if's What is the result: - Doing less - Doing better - Doing what gives me joy How are you changing things up in your next chapter?

Everyone- PLEASE call or email your senators ASAP to tell them you want @RobertKennedyJr confirmed for HHS secretary or you will work to have them lose the their next election, here are some possible points to make. 1. Kennedy will work to remove the regulatory capture and corruption in HHS. Do they know that the CDC is partially funded by the CDC foundation which is funded by Pharma ? 2. The corrupt CDC ACIP members voted and placed the unsafe and ineffective COVID vaccine/biologic on the pediatric vaccine schedule. Kennedy as HHS secretary can replace them with people who will actually research safety and efficacy and who don’t have ties to Pharma. 3. In 1986 a law was passed-HR5546- that removed all product liability for vaccine makers and since then the schedule has more than tripled. No other product has this kind of protection. The PREP ACT gave liability protection for the experimental Covid vaccines and biologics. These injections were known to have serious issues of safety and efficacy as well as the inability to prevent transmission. More importantly this all was known before these injections were given to the population. Both of these laws need to be repealed. 4. Informed consent is standard of care and necessitates full disclosure of all risks and benefits with the free ability to decline and that ability to decline can’t be tied to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. Unfortunately informed consent was not obtained during the mishandling of the pandemic. We must restore informed consent, bodily autonomy, and medical freedom. Kennedy will do that. 5. There has been no safety studies on the current vaccine schedule in over 30 years which is actually a requirement of the 1986 law HR5546. HHS is supposed to be doing reports back to Congress on vaccines very two years. This has not happened. 6. We need separation of science and state. Science and medicine are ever changing as new information arises. Government has no constitutional authority to mandate, force, or coerce medical procedures including COVID tests, masks, social distancing, and vaccines/biologics 7. You and your family and friends want @RobertKennedyJr confirmed for HHS. If they don’t vote yes you will work tirelessly to ensure they lose their next election.
