The potholes on our only entry and exit road have been in a severely deteriorated condition for over a year now. This stretch is already under immense pressure due to haphazard parking on one side and the complete absence of a walkable footpath, forcing pedestrians to walk on the road. The current state of the road, combined with deep potholes, has made it extremely unsafe and inconvenient for both pedestrians and vehicles. The last asphalting of this road was carried out in December 2020. Since then, the road has deteriorated significantly, with potholes emerging due to what appears to be substandard work. We request your urgent intervention to address and fix this issue at the earliest. Manivannan @Captain_Mani72 where we also got to meet the Hon’ble Dy CM @DKShivakumar and our very own proactive GBA Commissioner @GBAChiefComm The conversation? Transparency. Accountability. Systems that actually work. What stood out wasn’t just the discussion, it was the action already underway. A publicly shared weekly schedule. Structured review meetings. Open house sessions. Citizen walk-ins. When governance becomes visible, trust begins to return. It’s heartening to see what a sincere and proactive officer like Major Sir can do when he chooses reform over routine.
