Traditionally product teams have to fully anticipate what users need ahead of time, resulting in predefined dashboards, rigid workflows, and fixed navigation. Chatbots don't fix this central process problem. What if interfaces start to adapt dynamically around how people actually work. Systems need to learn what information matters to you and what decisions you make most often. Pretty much every week I should see a slightly different version of my dashboard (ai-managed custom versioning) A/B tests are too naive. This is something @LaunchDarkly or @Optimizely could do that would change UX forever

First Google, now Amazon. OpenAI is coming after all of big tech. The product search UI in ChatGPT is honestly better than the Amazon storefront. On-screen summaries of the top-rated items. A nice table with comparisons. Definitely faster time to purchase. With Amazon I often just get decision paralysis.
