Last night the Islamic Republic of Iran launched another drone attack on PDKI’s Jejnikan camp. The camp has been struck repeatedly since late February. Yesterday nights attack came shortly after two Iranian drones hit Komala’s camps in Zrgwêzela.

This extension will provide additional flexibility, and we will work with these nations to provide specific licenses as needed. This general license will help stabilize the physical crude market and ensure oil reaches the most energy-vulnerable countries. It will also help reroute existing supply to countries most in need by reducing China’s ability to stockpile discounted oil.

@glcarlstrom But Iran has been exporting oil to China throughout. And if there’s an oil waiver but no banking or shipping waiver, Iran would not receive revenues. Or you turn this into a JPOA style interim deal. Sure, it’s an about face. But less than it appears at first glance.

In recent days, three cargo-empty, US‑sanctioned tankers slipped through the US Navy blockade line and entered the perimeter. - One did so with AIS briefly offline. - Another flies the Russian flag. - A third hugged the Omani coastline.
