@ProtectKeyWest @EPA @USACEHQ @Interior @FLDEPNews I've been on cruise ships when they are docking in shallow water at certain ports. The turbulence created by the ships different thrusts brings up the silt from the bottom and water turns brown. They are not dumping waste.

Just performed a swim rescue to reach a Laughing Gull entangled in fishing line, hanging from a swim platform at the Galleon Marina. We were able to make the rescue, cut the line, and are working on removing the swallowed fishing hook in our clinic now.
