@RailMinIndia @WesternRly @RailwaySeva we understand that due to heavy rains the trains are halted. But why adequate water was not filled in the train. Most of the toilets and basins are without water. This is not because of delay, it's because of no attention. I am in 12928.

@Olacabs I don't understand why it is so difficult to get an invoice which otherwise should be a very obvious thing? And then you say to switch to swadeshi? Things are so simple with other apps. I am not getting invoices for any of my trips. Also there is no customer care, why?

I understand delays because of premium trains, but only suggestion is to mention the correct schedule....at we will be prepared

@RailMinIndia @WesternRly why do you give wrong commitments. Again my train no. 01494 is late by 2hrs. If you wanted to send Rajdhani, Shatabdi ahead you should have mentioned the same in schedule. Why to me tion vasai timings of 8pm and send train 2hrs late at 10pm??
