Appreciated opportunity to work w rising star Dr. Issacs in developing this piece that builds on @sitcancer Summit on Intralesional Immunotherapy. Lots of interesting molecules being developed. We as a field need to standardize trial considerations & biomarker reporting.

Combination of AR-targeted therapy and PARP inhibitors shows no synergy in HR-proficient prostate cancer. Contrary to earlier models, AR inhibition does not regulate DNA repair or improve the response to PARP inhibitors.
