@RRunner1111 @CARPEAMERICA @Anarseldain They are not taking the best. Muslims, Hispanics and Blacks *all* underperform white applicants and *all three* are given DEI preference. All I said was don’t put it all on the blacks, when the other two less qualified are also getting in over whites.

Universities have lowered their standards so far that they’re giving out MDs to people who don’t know the difference between “2.6% of doctors are black men” and “2.6% of black men are doctors. We’re giving degrees to people who think 1 in every 38 black men is a doctor.

(Better schools, private tutors, ability to afford coaching for test scores.) The blacks accepted are not unqualified, but only minimally scaled for this, as well the rights of black patients.

Many law schools are already excepting the GRE, which does not have the same type of discernment as to whether you will do well in law school. The legal profession is suffering

@genxflagrwn @Anarseldain There should be a mimimum LSAT score cutoff to practice law at all imo, but we know the US will never do that. I think a minimum LSAT/MCAT score cutoff to practice will restore confidence in (new) black lawyers and doctors, and overall benefit black people.
