Just worked out that 1st Jan 2024 is exactly 2 months since I was discharged from the psych ward... 2023 was the worst year of my life. I’m hoping 2024 can be the first year of my new one.

I really hope the issues at This Morning are investigated and resolved. I hope that the individuals involved get the help they need and the show stays on air. I also hope the relentless hounding from some elements of the media stops. People are clearly on the edge.

I'm heartbroken to share the news that we lost our beautiful Laura in the early hours of this morning. She was fierce & tenacious to the end & it was truly the honour of my life to be her mum. We are devastated at the thought of life without our girl, she was a force of nature💔

I wear my medals with pride. I was shocked to be questioned twice by 3 different men about them being mine. Even asked if they were on the correct side of my chest. Women serve too and continue to serve, it saddened me to have to justify myself @womenindefence @ThisGirlCanUK

It’s so hard to watch my lovely bright girl fade away completely. She still breathes but even the hand squeeze has gone now. Her life force is so strong but this is unbearable to watch. I’m scared that all my happy memories have been replaced by the trauma of the last few weeks
