@SkyHelpTeam I have no mobile data AGAIN. Second time in 3 months that my data isn’t actually working when out and about. Last time this took 4 long phone calls, 10 days and a new SIM card to fix. I need internet when out and about for my job. Can someone please help.

Shocking ‘customer service’ from @trainpal_go Pre-booked tickets which couldn’t be used due to an unexpected hospitalisation, have had to get a doctors note to confirm this, but still not happy - despite the letter stating that care is still on-going.

@SkyHelpTeam Still no service off of WiFi, which is critical for my job as I travel. I called again yesterday and was sent a new sim which arrived early this morning, unfortunately that has not yet made a difference.

@SkyHelpTeam my mobile data is down & has been for 5 days. I called yesterday and was told it would be back within 24 hours and I still have nothing. Is there any update? I urgently need data when I am out and cannot rely on WiFi alone.

@TUIUK I have booked a holiday months in advance, selected it due to the times of the flights - I have now received an email and our flight home is 4.5hours later than scheduled. Are TUI going to arrange a late check out for us?

Apparently despite the profits that @BritishGas make, they cannot employ customer services. Wait and wait for an engineer, via a service that is PAID FOR, arrange to wait in for the day - all for them not to turn up. To top it off, customer services CUT OFF the call! #Rude

@JodyRossel_ @detectfights We don’t actually see why she was being kicked out, so you’re jumping to conclusions about her being irrational, drunk or drug induced. Whereas, this ADULT ‘authority’ figure is absolutely assaulting a child, which is never acceptable.

@StarbucksUK a massive shoutout to the Dorking staff today, especially Alesha and Sue, who were absolutely amazing when my little boy had a nasty fall. They looked after us, kept us both calm and called the emergency services. I cannot thank both enough ❤️
