That is a documented constitutional injury. @Dr_LauraP Barry Wernick — 17,845 Dallas County and 28,608 Harris County voters matched to their actual ballots. Filed in federal court. @Wernick4Dallas The SOS response? Emergency Advisory 2024-20. Instructing counties to redact the evidence. Director Adkins called it herself — "a short-term solution to a bigger issue." The bigger issue is the TEC 43. 007 electronic voting systems. The SOS has two options: Prove current systems satisfy §122.001(a)(1) and (a)(10) simultaneously. Impossible. The sworn testimony is unrefuted. Decertify. §122.031(b). That is the law. There is no third option called "issue redaction guidance and keep using the systems." That option does not exist in the statute. @LoriMills4CA42 My daughter’s voter registration was transferred to a different county by the DMV without her knowledge or consent prior to the 2021 Governor Recall election.😡

In 2022, while I was running for State Assembly, my son came home from U.S. Marine Corps boot camp. He voted by mail before being deployed just two weeks later. His ballot never arrived—and was never counted. If the system can lose a Marine’s vote, it can lose anyone’s. How often do we get someone else’s mail by mistake? More than we should. Mass mail-in voting is not secure. Every legal vote must count. It’s time for voter ID and real election integrity.
