@AsdaServiceTeam My shopping hasn’t arrived for the 2nd week in a row. Recently this has happened on quite a few occasions. My shopping has been picked as there is substitutions so where is my shopping going? The tracking doesn’t go on to say on the way just prepared. Now it’s going to take another 3-5 days for a refund! It is really frustrating. What is happening instore why isn’t my shopping making it onto the delivery van?

My tracking history still says expected Tuesday 3rd February when the preorder of the item on your site still says preorder for delivery tomorrow. Will I get my item tomorrow or has there been an error with mine as it is saying February 2026? The item on your site is still now at 7:27pm saying delivery for tomorrow preorder. I ordered at just after 7am this morning shouldn’t my order be arriving tomorrow not 2026? Please help

I am really worried now I’m going to get a ticket! I thought registering my blue badge details would cover me for all of your Greater Anglia car parks! When you originally register it just asks you what car park your currently using 😬 I visited a different station car park last week and only just thought maybe I needed to register there too? Last night I registered for the different GA car park but that would probably be too late! I thought my blue badge details I already sumbmitted would cover me in all of your Greater Anglia car parks

@greateranglia Hope you can help answer a query I have please. I registered to park in one of your car parks for Blue Badge. Does that mean I can park in any GA car park or do I have to register individually for each train station car park I go to? Does my registration cover all?
