For 20 years, @BrownUniversity and Providence were my home. Yesterday, our beloved, magical, idyllic campus was desecrated. I mourn for the victims, their families, and everyone affected by this unimaginable tragedy. While I know that Brunonians around the world will come together to support each other, I also know that College Hill will never again be the same. 💔

I was invited to dinner at a conference in Vegas with the exec team of our #1 competitor (it was a last minute pity invite -- they were rolling deep and I was there solo). I was really hesitant but decided to take the risk. It went fine, they were super nice, and it eased a lot of tension between us. Two years later, they acquired my company. (Note: I did get food poisoning at that dinner, but in the end it was more than worth it 🤣)

Very few downsides to getting to know the CEOs of your competitors - They could buy you someday, or vice-versa - Deesclates later tensions - Helps you focus on the bigger prize - Share a little, learn a little

I get really bored while running. I want an AI running coach to motivate me, give me feedback, and entertain me while I run (e.g. teach me something, read me the news, tell me a story). Does an app like this exist, or is anyone building it?

@JonPincince Yeah but I want the voiceover to be upbeat, bite sized, integrated with feedback about my run, and paced appropriately :)
