@_WiseRoy_ Update: 8 Days since the product was purchased, No callback made by croma backend team despite my numerous calls. The frontend call centre guys are nothing but postman. They relay ur msgs to backend who doesnt bother! The Return Appr. has been created 4 days ago but no pickup!

Person: NO Me: Can you check which Croma has it available in Mumbai and I’ll get it picked from there? Person: NO Me: Ok, can I pay for it in store and you delivery it to me since it’s available online? Person: NO Me: Can I speak to someone senior to understand why this is not possible After a 5 min wait Person: He is in a meeting and you’ll have to wait till he is done.. Clearly shows why India’s customer service culture is so badly lacking and how companies don’t care about sale. @TataCompanies
