Yup I wanted to go back to Europe to my family's roots in Italy and my wife's family roots in Italy. Do Paris again. Stop in Greece. I wanted to do a whole European trip now I can't it's to dangerous and I might go to jail for misidentifying someone. I stick to America and the carribean islands. Indeed. We visited Europe annually. Brussels, London, Paris and Rome are pretty far gone. In Bolzano, Italy, high in the mountains, there is a park, we were told its a no-go zone. In Milan, doorman said dont go near the train station you will get harrassed. London seemed the worse. So we both said we would never go back. We are discussing Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, full of European expats. I think they become the new Europe for Americans. Buenos Aires feels like Europe so I can easily seeing this play out as Europe increasingly seems headed to civil war and street violence is used to usher in the new surveillance state.
