Good morning all, its race week here in Cheltenham which means thousands and thousands of visitors to the town, so theres a reduction of off site activities at Ryan's daycentre so no bowling for example as getting anywhere during raceweek is incredibly difficult, so Ryan's a little unhappy however Ryan's daycentre have planned lots of onsite activities instead, such as a really nice guy with a guitar singing songs, Ryan's response to this was ..."oh balls not again " I think Ryan's secretly a big fan lol, have a great day everyone.

A 15 year old girl was raped by two Afghan asylum seekers in Warwickshire. Mine like everyone else's monthly direct debit is going up, the standing charge for gas and electricity is now £23.30 a month before using any gas or electric! @OctopusEnergy #stealthtax

@sainsburys how can a Glade 'plug in' scented oil air freshener refill be a substitute for a Glade 'Touch & Fresh' refill? It's not even similar. Do you have small children picking home shopping at West Green Crawley branch?
