@bowtiedmeathead I'm not convinced total numbers mean anything anymore. I know guys 900-1200+ who suffer like they're at 89. And guys around 300 or less that have alpha vibes and positivity. I think key take away is you gotta maximize you and never settle cause life is short, kill it. 🤘

I've been on TRT for a little over 3 years now. Remember exactly what I felt like when I was low T… My total was 360 ng/dl, free T was in single digits and felt like shit… Just going through the motions. Will never going back because I know how I feel and I absolutely love it !! Mentally more focused and energy levels are much better. More chipper and ready to engage with people. More motivated and ambitious than ever. I'm a better dad. I'm a better husband. My sex life has improved drastically. I'm a better employee and business owner. I’m more productive at work. TRT has truly been a game changer. 160 mgs of test cyp…3 injections a week. Diet and training dialed in. I honestly can’t think of anything else that has made such a positive impact on my life over the last 20 years other than getting married and having kids… TRT for life.

@ZubyMusic @wil_da_beast630 easier access to information now. Most of the living expenses are new, modern luxuries that are not needed. 22yr olds feel entitled to live like their boomer parents without the 40 years of building/saving. I'd agree that now is a good time to have babies.

Find out he was carrying a suitcase & fell down a flight of stairs last week. Needed emergency surgery. Returns back home. His cat licks the wound. Gets a severe bacterial infection. @anymanfitness I ran ADF like what you posted above 3 yrs ago while cutting, post strength cycle, for one month. that means half the days that month I ate. half I fasted a full 30+hrs. My end result was a loss of 10lbs on the scale, and a PR bench and deadlift. I never did it again! lol

You might think you can do crazy long fasts and create deficits using lots of hacks, but I don't recommend it. I’ve tried diets like this before. Looked like this: Monday: +1000 Tuesday: -1500 Wednesday: +1000 Thursday: -1500 Friday: +1000 Saturday: -1500 Sunday: -1500 The low days were just too much. It did work great. But I couldn’t hack it. Sustainability is key. Get into a 300-400 calorie deficit and LIVE THERE.
