When tumors colonize lymph nodes, they induce a LOT of changes to the immune and stromal populations in the involved LN and beyond, throughout the induction of Metastatic Tolerance. Check out this great study and rich resource describing these changes. Congrats @Max_Haist !

Excited to see our protocol out today on spontaneous and experimental models of LN metastasis in @NatureProtocols! Though a straightforward system conceptually, getting these models working reliably took more time than originally expected so I hope this is a resource to everyone.
