The high court has been captured & weaponized by the far-right for quite a number of years now. In any high-stakes decision, we can expect they'll simply rubber stamp the Trump administration's lawlessness.
It’s why we must unrig the Supreme Court by expanding it to 13 justices. We also need term limits or staggered appointments. Enacting SCOTUS reform will be a tough fight, but a necessary one if we’re going to have a functioning democracy.
