@LumoTravel The announcer at King's Cross said all tickets for travel would be accepted for tomorrow, so I'm taking his word for it. I've stayed in London now because of that announcement. I'll be on one of your trains in the morning

@UserBexperience With the last point in mind, my assumption would be that "chat to us" doesn't make it clear enough whether it's a bot or a real person. Haven't actually done much testing of the language with users mind

@UserBexperience Some insights from a few bits of research I've done that have touched on chatbots: - they're trying to fob me off / make it harder to get in touch - these automated bots rarely/never give the right answer - sometimes it's not clear if it's a person or a bot
