@united @ChaseSupport looking for a little guidance--does the united quest card have the advertised rental car benefit (2x $40 united travel credit) or not? Chase says no, so perhaps remove it from your terms and conditions and provide an annual fee rebate of $80

@ChaseSupport your customer service reps told me that the $80 (2x $40) rental car credit doesn't exist on the United Quest card. You may want to update your terms and conditions to remove it, and also stop advertising it

@UberEats my food was supposed to arrive 25 mins ago. The driver canceled. Now I've been on hold for almost 15 minutes... @UberEats saying when customers cancel they are charged, but when @UberEats cancel they give nothing to the customer

@ChaseSupport just spent nearly an hour on hold being shuffled to 5 different customer service reps about a simple trip insurance claim. I'm a chase ink preferred customer but I certainly didn't feel preferred! My issue still my solved.
