What really upset me last week was this article on Bloomberg professional which casually mentioned something like:
Due to weak INR, RBI/govt can restrict capital outflows by FIIs.
I asked them the source of this and obviously there is no response beyond acknowledgement of my message. This has never happened and any India watcher would know this as being totally outlandish but it was casually put into the article on FX outflows without further explanation.

So in the last three days, in the middle of all the ruckus, I vibe coded two Android apps for unique use cases for which apps do not exist but are VERY useful for me. I finished the MVP for the second a couple of hrs ago.
One using Claude code, the other using Codex. I have basic pro subscriptions for both. Codex has better limits and fewer errors, and is now my preferred choice.
I'm using both apps now, multiple times already. Earlier this year I wrote : "from an app for that to an app for me". Read it on Reasoned (link in my bio)
I don't know how to code. I'm great with logic, and good with product thinking and UX.
This is amazing for me. I learned how to connect github, deploy websites, build apps, all guided by AI. There is almost no excuse now.
