@davidicke Can you further explain the DC component? I can understand the explanation for the other two, but DC has a lot of oversight from Congress which is bound by the US constitution and therefore still a US district. Is there a different banking oversight I’m missing?

I have been exposing this in the books since the 1990s. The City of London financial district is a law unto itself - this is why the 'City' or 'Square Mile' (established by the Romans as 'Londinium') has its own police force, government, Lord Mayor, etc., flying reptile entrance symbols, and is run by the secret societies of the 'City'. It's the same story with the Vatican and Washington DC (which is in the DISTRICT of Columbia and not a state). 'Columbia' is a name for the goddess worshipped by the ancients, including by the Romans, and worshipped to this day by initiates of the Global Cult. It's in plain sight if you know what to look for.
