Most people think AI requires technical skills they don't have. It doesn't. It requires the skills you've spent your entire career building — you just don't have a name for them yet. Last week, I published a book about it. No prompt engineering tips. No tool tutorials. A thinking framework for professionals who want AI to compound what they already know. @GoingParabolic Yesterday I asked Claude how duck hunt worked. Turns out it was something like this. Pressing the trigger made the TV go black except where the ducks were. The gun read the image and saw if you were pointed at white or black. Super interesting.

BREAKING: SQUARE TO AUTO-ENABLE BITCOIN PAYMENTS FOR MILLIONS OF SELLERS Square will auto-enable Bitcoin payments for all eligible sellers starting March 30, 2026, according to an updated Terms of Service notice sent to users. The change means millions of businesses using Square could soon begin accepting Bitcoin by default, rather than opting in manually. The rollout is part of Block’s broader push to integrate Bitcoin payments across its ecosystem, leveraging the Lightning Network for fast, low-cost transactions. Sellers will still have the option to disable the feature or automatically convert Bitcoin to USD at the point of sale. With Square powering millions of merchants globally, this marks a major step toward making Bitcoin a standard payment method in everyday commerce.

Metaplanet has raised ~$255m from global institutional investors via a placement of new shares priced at a 2% premium, paired with fixed-strike warrants at a 10% premium that monetize our equity volatility for up to ~$276m in additional capital upon exercise. Up to ~$531m in additional firepower on our march towards 210,000 BTC. $MPJPY

One year ago today I received the right information, in the right way, at the right time. I listened to @saylor on Scott Galloway’s podcast. That was my orange pill moment. I spent the rest of that day listening to podcasts from many prominent Bitcoiners, including @LawrenceLepard and @JeffBooth (those are two I remember specifically from that day). The following day I listened to @saifedean’s The Bitcoin Standard beginning to end without putting it down. Finally, the problem made sense. On Monday when markets opened, everything that wouldn’t cause a taxable event was sold. Within two weeks, everything left was sold and put into Bitcoin. I previously had two false starts in Bitcoin. I first heard about it in November 2010 from a law school classmate who wanted to rent space in my apartment for computers mining Bitcoin because “the electric company was on to him.” He didn’t explain it. I didn’t look further. Then in 2023, I read three books about Bitcoin: Easy Money, Number Go Up, and Going Infinite. None of those books were about Bitcoin. All of them are dangerous. The third time it stuck. Over the past year, I’ve been fortunate enough to attend Bitcoin events in five states and two foreign countries. I’ve made hundreds of new friends and learned so much through the process. I have had the opportunity to meet Michael Saylor, Larry Lepard, Jeff Booth, and Saifedean Ammous at those events. Over the past two weeks I wrote a book, something I always wanted to do. The book is not about Bitcoin, but the next one will be. As @bramk, who hosted me on my first podcast appearance last May reminds us often: “you can just do things” Thanks to all the friends I’ve made in the Bitcoin community over the last year, there are way too many of you to list. And thanks to everyone who builds products, write books, or produces content. It all matters!

I've come to the hard decision to sell all my Bitcoin. I watched a Dave Ramsey video where he says: “All of a sudden, one of these computer nerds just flips the switch, the whole freaking thing’s gone.”

There’s something very sad about watching the skill you spent 20 years honing become a commodity because of AI. Makes you question your purpose in this world.

@dansemperepico I spoke too soon. I’m gonna hit the limit on the Claude Max 200 plan this week. And no, my agents are not directly connected to my Max account.

@dansemperepico I maxed out Pro and Max $100. Right there with you on Max $200, using it for everything with Opus 4.6 and still not coming close to the limit.

Good morning. The 20 millionth Bitcoin was mined yesterday. This means that 95% of all Bitcoin that will ever exist is now in circulation, and it will take 114 years to mine the remaining 5%. No other asset on earth works like this. Have a great day.

Anthropic discovered that Claude Opus 4.6 was cheating during the BrowseComp benchmark. > On one question it spent ~40M tokens searching before realizing the question looked like a benchmark prompt. > The model then searched for the benchmark itself and identified BrowseComp. > It located the evaluation source code on GitHub, studied the decryption logic, found the encryption key, and recreated the decryption using SHA-256. > Claude then decrypted the answers for ~1200 questions to get the correct outputs. > This pattern appeared 18 times during evaluation. > Anthropic disclosed the issue publicly, reran the affected tests, and lowered their benchmark scores. Respect for the transparency 🫡🫡🫡
