NEW: Duncan, OK man makes threats towards Joe Biden while being arrested for stalking women. Logan Bryce Owens, 41, made his initial appearance Monday in Stephens County District Court where he received a felony charge of stalking, records indicate. The crime is punishable by up to three years in prison and/or a fine up to $5,000. Duncan Police Officer Marcus Crook stated a woman called dispatch needing police around 1030 p.m. May 14 due to threats by Owens. He called her back and stated she was “clearly emotional and crying as she answered,” the probable cause affidavit states. She went to the police station and spoke with Crook. She said Owens had been leaving threatening voicemails on her phone regarding her daughter, Crook stated. In one message, “Owens broke out into song stating ‘how does it feel to punch her in her nose’” and making threats of sexual assault, the affidavit states. In some of the messages Owens was heard using derogatory terms for Black and gay people and he threatened to blow up the woman’s work; he also identified himself as “Joe Glock,” according to the officer. Owens left approximately 36 voicemails in total on the woman’s phone. The woman told police Owens owns multiple firearms kept at his home and, due to this, police posted near his home to make sure he didn’t leave to harm the woman, Officers contacted him shortly after 6 a.m. May 15 and he was taken into custody, according to the affidavit. While being taken to a patrol unit, Owens repeatedly yelled out a series of phrases, each ending with “K*ll Joe Biden,” the affidavit states. While en route to the Stephens County jail, Owens said he was glad police were doing this now so he “can get my revenge when I meet people in jail. Not against you but against those people,” meaning his family, Crook stated. He also said he was going to blow up the woman’s office and that he wanted to “burn the whole world down." He is being held on $25,000 bond with the order he have no contact with the woman
