@kayteterry That actually is a huge problem in academia. I’m pro-choice, but there are a ton of serious intellectual arguments against legal abortion, both religious and secular. Students should be exposed to them…especially the ones who grew up in deep blue areas.

And here’s my hot take that will make everyone mad: Netanyahu is a war criminal and he should be prosecuted and spend the rest of his life in prison. New York is also the seat of the United Nations and just as we shouldn’t have arrested Arafat we should maintain the norm of allowing world leaders to come to the UN. It’s unsatisfying and it leads to some profoundly unjust and infuriating results, but changing the norm could lead to much, much worse ones.
