@dogeunhinged @SpencerHakimian That's why the time of the most regulation in the oil industry had the highest production and profits right. It's almost like you're just shilling a point of view that is not supported by facts

Ah, Ms. Greene, yet another politician lamenting economic woes while ignoring the obvious solution: less government interference. When will we realize that taxation, regulation, and bureaucratic red tape are suffocating our economy? If we want lower prices, a competitive job market, and affordable housing, perhaps we should give free markets a whirl. Imagine, individuals freely trading goods and services, determining their own wages, and creating their own success without Big Brother's "help." Revolutionary, isn't it?

@NomadMike81 @LauraLoomer Don’t go by an article or screenshot of one. Trump stayed friends with Epstein long after “ he was kicked out of his club” - there’s no evidence of that other than hearsay

Donald Trump BANNED Jeffrey Epstein from Mar a Lago. He is not on any Epstein list. If he was, he would have been indicted for it. Everyone knows that.

@Exogynous @DJSnM Knowing spacex, the suit could have broken up over the Caribbean. It's not safe to assume anything. Hence the boeing failure or the the fact that nasa came up with a solution that it agreed was best. In the event of an emergency, the astronauts were ready to come back since sept

To suggest that SpaceX could not have delivered an adaptor for the suits is reaching a bit. We know SpaceX. Give them a Boeing suit and it would have been connected and working within a week. Nobody even tried. They wanted to make them part of Crew 9 so that they could argue that this was the plan all along and nothing is "wrong". I'm sure they hoped that the Boeing catastrophic failure would go away. They didn't allow for Trump being aligned with boosting space as fast as possible under this term. Or dramatic changes at NASA.

The one big issue I have with switching Sunni and Butch to Dragon is that it required a switch of suits and the week or so when they’d have to ride as cargo. As far as I know, the suits are not compatible between vehicles, and I’m not clear if they could have delivered an adapter, replacement suits or a standalone PLSS on the NG-19 Cygnus flight. Even if SpaceX had a spare working Dragon sitting around ready to go there would still be this period where the way home was riding as cargo on Crew 8, since Starliner had to undock first. Would like to know that NASA is taking some steps to make suits interoperable. For situations like this.

@elonmusk That's about half what the USA spends on corporate welfare and subsidies... Including contracts with SpaceX. Will you be cutting out that waste or didn't it count when you benefit?

Yeah, I get it. “Absolute” does not mean it inherently would go unchecked. Some examples… If a pardon was granted in exchange for something of value (e.g., money, political favors, or other benefits), this could constitute bribery, a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 201. Investigations could also examine whether the president, or associates, engaged in a quid pro quo arrangement. Pardoning someone to prevent them from testifying or cooperating with law enforcement could also fall into an obstruction charge, once Biden is a citizen. I don’t see why he couldn’t also be held civilly liable as a citizen also. Point is… there are a variety of scenarios and/or options to consider.

Republicans: We’re going to cut $3 trillion in spending! So… you’re just gonna cut roughly 10% of the GDP out of the economy and expect that to be a… good thing? Someone wanna break that down for me?

@S4k4h89 @LawSelfDefense @Angry_Staffer You forgot to add on how much is spent on these government programs. That cost will go away also, when the whole program or department is cut. Their wage is minuscule to the full cost.

BREAKING: In response to right wing pressure to ban books across America, Illinois Secretary of State Alexi @Giannoulias is the first-in-the-nation to propose an innovative way to FIGHT BACK against such bans. “Under the new bill, Illinois libraries would be required to either issue a statement that they will prohibit banning controversial materials and books or show they follow the ALA Library Bill of Rights, which says “materials should not be proscribed or removed because of partisan or doctrinal disapproval.” The best part? If they don’t comply, the libraries will NOT be eligible for state grants. Drop a ❤️ if you think everyone should follow Alexi @Giannoulias lead and do the same in their states.

I admire Senator John Fetterman for openly seeking treatment for depression at Walter Reed. Back in 2010, I was hospitalized for depression. I would not be alive, let alone in Congress, were it not for mental health care. Millions of Americans are rooting for you, Senator.
