@SecCardona The worst thing abt this is there are REAL probs w/SL system that Congress said needed to be fixed but we cant get the LAW EXECUTED bc of this poli game you knew you'd lose! All efforts focused to EO & paused borrowers while JCL borrowers pay & pay & pay & pay on defunct loans!

3/3 I'm a 51 yo divorced victim of a JCL who divorced to escape financial abuse. My punishment is I pay a joint marital loan, alone. Every month. And until @SecCardona enacts the Law 117-200.

Day 253 since President signed PL117-200 into law, since Dept of Ed decided they could do what they want & not execute the law, since GOP has tried 2 reverse the law & make Student Loans profitable for the Fed again. Its our RIGHT! Separate these loans! @usedgov @SC_DoUsPart
