🚨 Another Record for Hyderabad: Raidurg Knowledge City Land Sold at ₹237 Crore Per Acre The latest auction of a 6.29-acre land parcel in Raidurg fetched a record-breaking ₹237 crore per acre, marking a massive jump from the previous record of ₹177 crore per acre recorded in October 2025. The under-construction IMAGE Towers project next to it is reportedly commanding rental expectations of ₹120 to ₹140 per sft. In addition, the recent relaxation in height restrictions by the AAI has likely boosted buyer confidence and contributed to the aggressive bidding. This land parcel was originally allotted to State Bank of Hyderabad in the 2000s and was later handed back to TGIIC.

Whats happening with My home sayuk resales? A friend of mine is desperately looking for an exit, and I have personally been following up with My Home CRM regarding resale options. The main issue is that My Home is not allowing resales before registration, while registrations themselves have still not started. It seems there are some unresolved issues, and the process has been stuck for many months now. Even after a few hundred Phase 1 handovers and many families already moving in, investors are still stuck and unable to sell their flats. I honestly feel this registration rule makes no sense. Investors are being forced to pay around 7.5% in registration charges before resale, unlike builders such as Prestige and Godrej, who allow resales without this condition. After waiting for nearly four years and already paying loan interest, this additional 7.5% cost leaves many investors with little or no profit, and some may even end up facing losses. This rule does not really benefit My Home either, since registration happens twice , once to investor and again to buyer during resale. It mainly benefits the government through additional registration revenue. Requesting My Home to reconsider and remove this clause so that the current resale deadlock can be resolved.

Incredible observation! I was wondering why young folks flock to Durgam Cheruvu Bridge for a celebration? Where are the open spaces? Where are the parks? Gated communities are for the top 1% to 5%. The rest are left to roads We need to breathe cities that breath. Let us first make all the parks in the city operational.
