Do people living on the 15th floor and above actually enjoy living in a high-rise apartment? Or are we all just paying extra for a better Instagram view?

Hyderabad’s next mega retail destination is rising at the iconic IKEA Circle, Raidurg ! Developed by Raheja & Brookfield, this massive mixed-use project is expected to bring together luxury retail, premium office spaces and a planned 14-screen multiplex right in the heart of Cyberabad. 🎬🏢 Located beside Raidurg Metro Station 🚇 and surrounded by HITEC City, Knowledge City & Financial District, the project sits in one of Hyderabad’s busiest and fastest-growing corridors. Key Highlights: • Approx. 15-acre development • Luxury mall + office spaces • Planned 14-screen multiplex 🎬 • Opposite IKEA Hyderabad • Direct metro connectivity 🚇 • Prime HITEC City location The entire IKEA–Raidurg stretch is transforming rapidly and this could become one of Hyderabad’s biggest lifestyle & entertainment hubs in the coming years. 🔥 #hyderabad #ikea #hiteccity #mall

Long read: Hyderabad is growing rapidly, but its shared public life may be shrinking just as fast. As gated communities and private developments reshape the city, parks, maidans & everyday gathering spaces are slowly disappearing behind boundaries. thehindu.com/news/national/…

Hyderabad is already facing severe water crisis in Bachupally, Kondapur, Miyapur, Narsingi & Adibatla. Yet 40–50 floor high-rise permissions are being granted in Abids, RTC Cross Roads & Golconda Cross Roads. One high-rise apartment consumes water equal to a small town. Stop uncontrolled vertical growth. @revanth_anumula #Hyderabad @CommissionrGHMC

@zson_bakka I differ with this view. We cannot limit progress because we are not able to provide basic drinking water to the population. There is need to address the core issue. Not stopping high rise building.
