Congratulations to all the newly appointed Cabinet and State Ministers as we begin the 2026-2031 term of office. During his swearing-in, H.E President Yoweri Museveni set the tone for this term with one message: *KISANJA NO SLEEP*. After 40 years focused on security, infrastructure, and economic stability, the focus now shifts to *active wealth creation and accountability*. The President was clear: sleeping on the job will not be tolerated. Every Ugandan is called to join the money economy through agriculture, manufacturing, services, and ICT. Programs like the Parish Development Model, Emyooga, and skilling hubs are the tools to move households out of subsistence.
