நேற்று பெய்த மழையில் வீரசோழபுரம் அம்மன் சன்னதி இடிந்து விழுந்தது. 1500 வருடங்களுக்கு பழைமையானது. கோவில் இருந்தால்தானே கோவிலுடைய சொத்து இருக்கும். கோவிலையே அழித்துவிட்டால்!!! எத்தனை அழகிய கோவில்களை அழித்துவிட்டனர், அழித்துக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். அம்மன் மீதும் சிவபெருமான் மீதும் மணல் மூட்டையை வைத்தனர். சிவபெருமானின் சொத்தை அபகறித்தனர். அங்கே ஆட்சியருக்கு மாளிகை கட்டிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றனர். இவர்கள் அழிக்கவே பிறந்திருக்கின்றனர். கிறாதகர்கள் @tnhrcedept எதற்கெதற்கோ கோபப்படுபவர்கள், இதறாக வருத்த கூட படவில்லையே!!!

Real Gold is not afraid of melting pot. Since yesterday several of those who know me very well, are calling me and asking me "How can the Courts ask the person against whom you have filed a case, that too a Public Interest Litigation, that too, which you had filed in 2021 in which several interim orders were passed questioning the Govt's attitude towards the elephants in some of which the earlier Judges have given scathing remarks, to do a background check on you? How can the Courts ask if the elephants came to you and tell you that they are suffering?!" Well, I dont have an answer to these question. I would only trust that the Hon'ble Chief Justice knows what he is doing as I trust in the "system" to deliver Justice. My Dharma ends in bringing the issue to the knowledge of the Court and I do expect that the Hon'ble Courts uphold Dharma (of course within the confines of the laws of the land or in other words in a manner known to Law). But I do believe in the words "SATHYAMEVA JAYATHE". I have no problems in any number of background checks to be done on me. I cant answer question by those who ask how the department against whom you have filed the case do the background check, cause I dont have an answer. But I can tell that I have patience. I know voiceless creatures need a voice, and I attempt to be that voice. The earlier Hon'ble Chief Justice Mr. Sanjeeb Banerjee, took the pains to personally visit and find out the status of the elephants after he passed the order on 05.08.2021 wherein he stated "It is possible that in the larger interest of the elephants, the hearing of the matter can, at least on one occasion, be alfresco and in a less formal atmosphere, so that more persons may have a say and hearing may even be in the presence of the animals, whether at a temple or elsewhere." Along with Hon'ble Justice P Audikesavalu, a visit did happen at Srirangam itself by the Hon'ble Justices. So to all those who start to say that they lose faith in the judiciary just because the Hon'ble Chief Justice had asked the counsel for @tnhrcedept to do a background check on me, all I would say is, for Asthikas, hope is the only thing that is left. Again to quote the words of Hon'ble former Chief Justice of Madras, Mr. Sanjay Kishen Kaul, who later was elevated to the Hon'ble Supreme Court and part of the Supreme Court Collegium as well, "people go to the Court as the last resort after all their attempts to find a solution fails". The only concern I have is the time lost. Otherwise, I am perfectly OK for the Hon'ble Court to check my background and then hear the case. I wish and pray to Sriman Narayana, that no further lives, be it that of elephants or humans are lost. Article 51A (g) places a duty on the citizens of India to protect and improve the natural environment and have compassion for all living creatures. This is the basis on which I had approached the Hon'ble Courts, and I am confident that the Hon'ble Courts will not just render justice but it will ensure that it will be seen to be done. On Rangarajan Narasimhan's arrest. From his tweet I learn that there were eight cases filed on him. He successfully argued himself and had four of the cases dismissed at the remand stage itself. On the remaining four cases, he was remanded to judicial custody, and he spent around two weeks in jail, and has now gotten bail on all four cases. It is obvious that all these arrests are illegal and no due procedure was followed. He now has to get all the cases quashed at the high court or allow the police to chargesheet him and proceed with a trial in the lower courts. There are a series of violations police are resorting to in these arrests. As per the Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar judgement (2014), the Supreme Court has clearly given guidelines on when an arrest can be made. All cases on Rangarajan Narasimhan fails this test. 41A notice was never given. Magistrates at the lower courts routinely allow judicial remand without going through the nature of the case. When four magistrates could resist the public prosecutors and dismiss the remand, we have to ask why four others did not do so. Have they gone through the various judgements at all? It is time we come together to stop the unnecessary police harassment instigated by the political forces and safeguard our rights.

Many were asking how I was able to live in the Jail the way I did. In the prison, I managed to get hold of Sundara Khandam of Sri Ramayanam from the library which kept me going. The book travelled all along with me and when you read Shri Ramayana, you are for sure Shri Hanuman is always there with you. यत्र यत्र रघुनाथकीर्तनं तत्र तत्र कृतमस्तकांजलिम् । बाष्पवारि परिपूर्ण लोचनं मारुतिं नमत राक्षसांतकम् ।। yatra yatra raghunāthakīrtanaṃ tatra tatra kṛtamastakāṃjalim | bāṣpavāri paripūrṇa locanaṃ mārutiṃ namata rākṣasāṃtakam || And when I read the shloka यत्र यत्र रघुनाथकीर्तनं तत्र तत्र कृतमस्तकांजलिम् । बाष्पवारि परिपूर्ण लोचनं मारुतिं नमत राक्षसांतकम् ।। yatra yatra raghunāthakīrtanaṃ tatra tatra kṛtamastakāṃjalim | bāṣpavāri paripūrṇa locanaṃ mārutiṃ namata rākṣasāṃtakam || after which Shri Hanuman finds Sita Mata, I knew very clearly that Shri Hanuman is right there to tell me exactly what to do and how to do. I was in Ashoka Vana along with Sita Mata and so I had nothing to fear sleeping in the lap of my mother, with the able protection of Shri Anjaneya Swamy, the Acharya. Jai Shri Ram! Jai Jai Siya Ram!

Jai Shri Ram To all who did Prarthana for my sake when I was in jail for the past 17 days, my heartfelt thanks. Only your prayers kelt me going all the 18 days without food and water, while Sri man Naryana who listened to such Prarthana kept feeding me from inside of me and kept me fit so I could argue my cases myself when "they" thought preventing advocates from reaching the court will deny me the freedom. In Shri Ramayana Sundara Khanda Sri Hanuman tells to Ravana, " You enjoyed the fruits of your good deeds all these days, now it is the time for you to enjoy the fruits of your bad deeds". How TRUE are those words even today to all those who barked when I was denied my freedom. While in jail I was glad that I could share the stories of Shri Rama and to Shri Krishna to countless kids who never had any guidance in their life and have landed in jail committing crimes like murder, drugs, robbery etc etc. I thought it was a plan of Perumal for me to have a look at such kids about 22 years old on average and do something for them which I will sincerely attempt in coming days Of course with regards to the cases on me, everyone knows why they were filed. 8 cases filed, one in 2021 in which the police did not enquire me once. In 4 I got bail and in 4 the remand was rejected. My sincere thanks to Advocates Mr. T.S.Vijaya Raghavan, Mr. Rama Subbu, Mr. Subbaraman, Mr. M. R. Venkateshwar, Mr. Palanivelrajan who stood in front to argue for me and all those others who supported them by forming a team. I also argued myself and managed to reject the remand in 4 cases. I am yet to catch up with messages. But will sure do. A few mote days till I get my phone and laptop back from police custody and then with Perumal's anagram as always, rebutts will be given to all the c()wards in a manner known to law. So all those c()wards think what you have said and be ready with your lawyers. When my hands are tied behind my back and my face is pinned on the wall, some hyenas thought that I will never come back,little did they know that I was just waiting for them to be tired. My activities are true to Vaidika Sanathama Dharma and will continue to be. Sarvam Shri Krishnarpanam. Straight after I got out of jail on bail I went to my Acaharyan, who welcomed me with his eyes brightened, gave me his blessings, fed me, which is all one longs for. As always Eppozhudhum ethirasan vadivazhagu en idhayathulathal illai enakkethir illai enakkethir illai enakkethire. Jai Shri Ram.

Great news ! Just heard from Advocate Shri Vijayaraghavan, the counsel of @OurTemples Shri Rangarajan Narasimhan that bail has been obtained in the 7th and last case against him. In more than one case Shri Rangarajan himself successfully argued and got the remand petitions dismissed. Our heartfelt thanks to Advocates Shri Vijayaraghavan and Shri MR Venkatesh @MRVChennai for their efforts to secure bail from day one of his arrest. Hopefully Swami would walk free very soon. Jai Shri Ram!

It is highly disturbing to see the Govt in power foisting cases after cases on @OurTemples - Sri Rangarajan Narasimhan These cases are brought up in different parts of Tamil Nadu. With the ongoing winter vacation of Courts, it has become very difficult to move bail petitions, quickly and effectively. I am very concerned about the health condition of Rangarajan Swamy since we hear that he is not taking any food or water. I request all temple worshipping Hindus to support Shri Rangarajan Narasimhan - without any reservations- let’s keep our differences aside at least for some time now and work towards early release of Rangarajan Swamy. Om Namo Narayana !
