@ST_U2 "Win" is a relative thing But for small companies who can't afford to advertise broadly (99% of them), creativity is the only thing you have.

Everyone has a lot of marketing ideas when they can play with a $1M budget. Shrink it by 10 or 100x and now you see who's actually creative.

Agency rule: don’t work with clients who can’t spend $10k/mo. Unless you enjoy relentless complaints about “quality” from someone who can’t afford said quality.

Get 👏 on 👏 the 👏 phone 👏 with 👏 prospects. I know it's sexy to say "I don't do sales calls" or "I sell by chat," but those are 301/401 level sales moves. If you're just starting out, or struggling to get clients, GET ON THE PHONE WITH THEM.

People asked me to add ambient sound so I did + a compressor on the final mix to make it sound real Audio is one of the biggest things giving AI uncanny feeling so this is a slight improvement

@lilyraynyc Yeah. And it was one of those moments where a silent voice in my head said "...I don't want to do this anymore, I didn't choose this work." And it took too long and too much strength to stop doing what others told me to do.

Does anyone else remember exactly where they were when Google announced that all organic keywords in GA would become "Not Provided?" Because I do. 😂 (Such a nerd.) I was positive my career was over.

So apparently everything I've done in my career has a sexy new name, "RevOps". It's up there with "Growth" titles. Time to update everything to align with the newest terminology.

I've never seen a genuinely kind person fail. Help people out. Share your experience. Point them in the right direction. It's all about giving first. Never forget.

I wish there was a professional way to show on your CV that half the client base at a previous role jumped ship after you left.

In all honesty, way too long. The whole Vegas thing wasn't my cup of tea. Atomic city was just a catchy radio tune at best, hopefully it will disappear from the setlist forever. Songs of Surrender was a nice sentiment and a beautiful project but nothing to lose your shit about... Ugh. JT19 is prob the last time I had actual genuine fun and the urge to blab about them faster than I could think. It's a sad thought. Way too long indeed 🥲

Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA… Unfortunately, there has been some health complications with my pup, Jake, that’s led to a decline in his abilities. This is all happening so fast and is very very heartbreaking. It seems the day is drawing near to when I have to say goodbye. 🐾💔

Refocusing on customer engagement. I’ve always been customer service focused, even won awards for it in my high school and college jobs. At some point tho, a customer asked me to do something. And kept asking. And kept asking. And it took over everything. Getting back now.

@PLBompard My previous role had credits when I took over. Every customer but one hated them. Industry hated them. We hated them. Took me two years and tripling MRR to show that there was a better way.

I hate credits-based "subscriptions". - It's confusing to understand how much I'll use. - It makes me anxious. - I'm scared it'll use up everything fast. Seeing this everywhere nowadays... I can't be the only one, right?
